This book highlights the significance of state policies in influencing the management of investment projects in the industrial construction sector, particularly in Poland. The text emphasizes the need for a comprehensive study on this subject and introduces the JASO 2020 model and methodology for effective investment process management, considering economic, environmental, and legal policies. By addressing the lack of comprehensive publications in this area, the research fills a critical knowledge gap and provides practical tools to support Poland's state economy in the industrial construction field. Empirical research among managerial staff in industrial construction companies validates the identified factors significantly influencing the investment process. The study confirms that successful investment process management relies heavily on clear and efficiently implemented economic policy, as well as stable legal and environmental regulations. Overall, this study offers valuable insights and recommendations for policymakers, managers, and stakeholders involved in construction projects in Poland.
